On January 31, 2023, the National Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department issued official letter No. 94/QLCL-CL1, informing that the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Food Supply of Brazil (MAPA) has issued communication No. 256/2023/CGSF/DTSF/SCRI/MAP:

• Approval to add 15 facilities to the list of Vietnamese seafood processing facilities permitted to export to Brazil.
• Update, amend, and supplement information for 20 facilities already listed for export.
• Removal of 10 facilities from the list due to cessation of production or business operations.
