On December 8, 2015, the Eurasian Economic Union issued Decision No. 161 amending Decision No. 167 dated April 7, 2011, of the Customs Union Commission, regarding the new certificate template for batches of seafood from third countries exported to the Eurasian Economic Union. The new certificate template will be effective from January 8, 2016 (applicable to Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Kyrgyzstan). The old certificate template of the Customs Union Commission will expire on June 1, 2016.
